Environmental Planning is a class about regulations and planning - already a dull class. Felix does his best to provide ideas and input, but it's mainly just him reading off slides. No rubrics or guidance for assignments, although he is an easyish grader so not horrible. Big assignments are vague. He refuses to give a rubric or any specific guidelines (he didn't know what a rubric even was). Lectures are dull and subjects are outdated. I learn much more from student contributions than anything he could say. Despite his years in the Mass. DEP, he is not very knowledgeable, or aware of, issues outside the confines of MA. Of all the professors in the ENVR Department, a true disappointment here.
