Prof. Singhal's amazing and hilarious. Workload is manageable and the class is pretty easy if you just pay attention or look at his notes. Very knowledgable professor. You get up to 5 points of extra credit for each homework if you submit it 2 days early. Also various opportunities for extra credit throughout the semester. This class was the easiest class ive taken so far at Northeastern. All grades are based on 7 projects which are just longer homework assignments that are very clearly guided by the directions and 1 midterm. The midterm was super easy (review/cheat sheet helped). Prof. Singhal is an OK speaker with a reddit user's humor -- definitely not everyone's cup of tea, including mine. Lectures are long and quite boring, but attendance is pretty much mandatory since he'll give random unannounced assignments that count toward participation. DS3000 is easy, lots of homework but its mostly busy work. Lab assignments are long and annoying but very doable. Very nice professor and always willing to help. Study the math section on ur own and its not too hard. Math exam is exactly like practice exam, very straightforward and easy linear algebra.
