Prof. Sultan is very traditional. Teaching a graduate class, she can be weirdly unforgiving when students have work or personal conflicts. She will not accept late work and missing class will tank your grade. Professor Sultan is the worst professor I've ever had in my 6 years at NEU. She wants students to fail, seeks out to make your life difficult, and spends lecture primarily complimenting herself. Professor gets a bad rap from her students, but as someone said earlier, if you are nice to her, submit your work on time, and essentially respect her and her class with the same respect you want. prof Sultan rocks! I was scared because of the other ratings for her on here but I couldnt recommend her enough. If you are simply nice to her and attend class you will easily get a B/B+. she seems to be nice when you talk to her at first but she is overly strict and could get quite rude and disrespectful. she cannot stand the typos and pays attention on small things like that, instead of paying attention on the content. she likes to talk about herself and gets irritated when you ask for clarifications. one of the worst professors.MKTG4508 2020-01-23 04:46:34 +0000 UTC
I am fifth year at Northeastern and Prof. Sultan is BY FAR the worst I have ever had. She is often rude and runs her class in a way that does nothing but strike fear into students. She's constantly cutting people off and forcing them to repeat what they just said because she talked over them. If I had more characters I could write a novel.
